We hope you enjoy your visit online as well to our Farm Market and Garden Centre. We are now closed for the season. The farm will be open for Easter Weekend (April 5 to 8, 2012), then we are open for our regular season from May 1, 2012 to to Dec 24th, 2012.
Pingle’s
Farm Market is proudly family owned and operated by Walter and Colleen
Pingle. Walter, a third generation farmer on this land, converted
the farm from a dairy operation to a cash crop business when the
farm was passed down to him from his father. When Colleen and Walter
were married, the business began as a roadside market, selling
produce from the family’s picnic table, eventually growing
into the Pingle’s we see today.
Over the years Pingle’s has experienced tremendous growth.
Today the farm houses a fully operational bakery, greenhouse, and
market – which offers a variety of Ontario grown produce, jarred
goods, and giftware. In 2009 we were named by the Ontario Farm Fresh Marketing Association as
the 2009 Farm Marketers of the Year.
Pingle’s would like to thank all of our past and present customers for their
continued patronage. We would like to encourage customers, old and
new to browse our website and discover what Pingle’s has to offer,
and then come and see us on the farm to help us celebrate our 24th
year in business since 1987!
